Welcome to the website of the Robert Noyce Scholarship Program at Mississippi State University. This program is funded through a grant from the National Science Foundation and is designed to prepare science and mathematics teachers who are proficient in a STEM area to commit to teaching at the middle or high school level in a Mississippi high-need school or district. As a Noyce STEM Teacher Scholar, students have the opportunity to experience a collaborative effort where Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics faculty members and local school district partners provide academic and mentoring opportunities to undergraduate and graduate scholars guiding them through the classroom experience until they get their first teaching position.
Thank you for your interest in the Robert Noyce Scholarship Program. After reviewing the website, please send email inquiries about the program to stemscholars@noyce.msstate.edu.
Sincerely,
Dr. Linda T. Coats
